Suspended & Cancelled Merchants

Merchant users belonging to suspended or cancelled merchants are now permitted to log in to the Merchant Dashboard.

• Merchant users linked to a suspended or cancelled merchant can now log in and access the dashboard. However, the ability to transact remains disabled for the duration of the suspension or cancellation. All payment and transaction functionality will be unavailable until the merchant status is Activated.
