Create Payment Link

Select Transaction > Create payment link

1. Optional entry for Reference, a reference will be generated if the field is left blank.

   1. if a reference is entered it needs to only contain letters, numbers, underscore or dashes
   

2. Enter Amount(Required)

Link generated will direct user to unique payment link:

SHARE Payment Link Options:

1. Copy to Clipboard

2. Send payment link via Email

   1. the recipient will receive the following email with the payment link:

      

3. Send payment link via SMS (Contact Sales to have this service switched on)

   1. a unique message will be delivered to Australia Mobile phone numbers only

   2. a shortened link will direct to the payment link that has been generated from the "Create payment link" form

      
      

Additional payment link options:

A payment link can be customized with options to enhance flexibility and control. A merchant can enable or disable specific card types, ensuring compatibility with preferred payment methods. The link displays key transaction details, including the reference number and amount, allowing for clear identification. Additional options include applying a surcharge, specifying the recipient’s email, and capturing the cardholder’s name for record-keeping. For branding purposes, users can also upload a custom logo URL, ensuring a professional and personalized payment experience.
