Sometimes payments on payment plans fail. This could be due to a variety of factors ranging from an expired card to insufficient funds.
To retry a payment for a payment plan, navigate to the payment plan user interface by selecting the relevant customer and payment plan. The path should look something like this:
Technically it is possible to retry a failed plan payment through the purchase table retry user interface. However, this is discouraged as the status of the payment will not be updated properly.
